Head of School

Bonners CE School is seeking to appoint a Head of School to our village primary school in East Sussex which is part of South Ashdown Schools’ Federation for September 2018 and in sympathy with our Church School ethos.

We are looking for a candidate who will demonstrate a passion and a commitment to teaching and learning and have the ability to motivate all staff and pupils to reach their potential and foster an enthusiasm for lifelong learning.

The post will include a regular minimum classroom commitment of 0.4 each week. Candidates should be a proven successful, innovative class teacher. They should have experience of leading in a primary school. The successful candidate will also have strong leadership, management and organisational capabilities, good emotional intelligence and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills. He or she would need to be committed to all aspects of school life.

NQT Class Teacher x 2 across the Federation

We are seeking to appoint 2 NQTs across our federation from September 2018

NQT Class Teacher Posts - for KS1 & KS2 - Main Scale 1- 6 -  Required to start in September, two class teachers.
